UF Work Update

This year, the GRUF has:

• Provided representatives for 15+ meetings
• Filed 3+ grievances
• Corrected payroll errors for 1+ faculty
• Maintained benefits for 3+ faculty
• Gave faculty reports at 5 Board of Trustee meetings
• Organized and led a faculty walk-out of the State of the College address
• Organized and led a faculty walk-out of a Board of Trustee meeting
• Engaged with WFSE and ASGRC in shared actions at Board of Trustee meetings
• Begun special topics bargaining over accessibility work
• Bargaining in L&M (Labor & Management) over topics including:
  • Shared governance
  • Adjunct increments paid in full for the academic year
  • Adjunct compensation for Professional Day and In-Service Day
• Participated in No Kings rallies across 5+ locations
